We offer ‘walk and talk’ and therapy in nature for people who would like to work through their difficulties in a ‘green’ environment.
All our therapists are pet lovers and if you’d like to have therapy with your dog, walking or sitting outside, we are able to offer this service. Many of our clients have diagnoses of anxiety, depression and trauma. It can help to get out and talk about issues rather than being confined inside. It can give us a different perspective and enable us to open our minds to new possibilities. The positive physical and mental health benefits of being in nature whilst feeling difficult emotions is well documented. We offer this to young people from age 12 and above (with parental consent) and adults after an initial assessment of 2 sessions in Greater Manchester and Lancashire.
